Common questions
Who can see my photos?
Only the people you invite to a child’s timeline. There’s no public profile, no discovery, no algorithmic anything. You can revoke access at any time, and we delete every photo within 30 days of an account closure.
How is this different from iCloud or Google Photos?
We don’t scan, train on, or sell your photos. There are no ads, ever. And it’s built around chronological per-child timelines that grandparents can actually navigate — not a cloud locker that requires a tutorial.
What happens if I cancel?
You get a full export — original-resolution photos, original-quality videos, captions, and dates — in a zip file. Then your data is fully purged after a 30-day cooling-off window.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is being finalised. Expect a free tier for one child + a small library, and a household subscription for unlimited storage and viewers. More on pricing →
When can I use it?
iOS first, this year. Android and web shortly after. Email waitlist@showgrandma.com and we’ll let you know when your spot opens.
Can I move my data out?
Yes. You can request a full zip export at any time — original photos and videos, captions, dates. The data is yours. Always.
Is my child’s face used to train AI?
Never. Not by us, not by anyone. Photos and captions are stored to deliver the service to you and the people you invite — and that’s the only purpose.
